• Facility: Residential aged care facility

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care and clinical oversight for residents.
• Deliver case management and assessment duties.
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with accreditation and legislative requirements.
• Coordinate referrals to senior nursing, allied health, and medical teams as required.
• Provide mentoring and assist with staff training.
• Promote a positive, person‑centred care culture.

Key Skills / Qualifications Required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aged care (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently.
• Ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team culture.
• Proficient in communication skills and confident using clinical systems.
• Willingness to uphold organisational mission, vision, and values.
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
